WHO WE ARE?
Our founder, Pharmacist Ayla Kurtuluş, graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy of Istanbul University in 1990. Having started her industry experience of more than 30 years as a production manager, Kurtuluş has risen to the positions of LATAM & META Regional President, Headquarters and Country President. She worked as a senior manager for 18 years at Novartis & Sandoz, 7 years at BMS and 6 years at Amgen & Mustafa Nevzat pharmaceutical companies. Then, in 2019, she founded LUNA Strategic Management and Leadership Consultancy Ltd. Sti. with her partners, with the aim of serving the Turkish pharmaceutical, chemical and food.
